Tony — The Teacher

My journey with yoga began in the late 90s as a personal exploration, which over time has grown into a deeper understanding of the body, the mind, and how we move through life. What started as curiosity has gradually shaped the way I see yoga today—not as something to achieve, but as a practice we return to, in a way that feels supportive, steady, and real.

Over the years, I’ve trained in Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, and Bikram yoga, each offering its own perspective and depth to my practice. Alongside this, my path has also been shaped by meditation, breathwork, and practices such as Vipassana. Together, these experiences have guided me towards an approach that values depth, awareness, and intention—where the focus is less on how it looks, and more on how it feels and supports you.

As a teacher, I bring together functional and mindful movement with a strong emphasis on clarity and simplicity. My classes are intentionally guided in a way that is easy to follow, offering clear, practical, and functional guidance, while giving you the space and time to understand your own body. Over the years, I’ve developed a way of teaching that adapts to different bodies and needs—meeting you where you are, rather than asking you to fit into a shape or expectation.

Many who practise with me are looking for a more mindful, sustainable way to care for themselves—to move with less strain, ease stiffness, and reconnect with their body in a way that feels natural and supportive. My intention is to offer a space where you can slow down, explore with awareness, and build a practice that truly supports your life, both on and off the mat.
