Chair Yoga
A gentle, supportive class using a chair—perfect for anyone who finds it challenging to move up and down from the floor. We move through simple stretches to ease stiffness, improve mobility, and help you feel more comfortable in your body.
This is a space to move at your own pace, without pressure. Just come as you are—I’ll guide you gently from there.
Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath
A deeply restful class with fully supported poses that allow your body to truly switch off and reset. Accompanied by specially curated music, the practice helps calm the mind and regulate the nervous system—something many of us deeply need in today’s fast-paced life.
We end with a 15-minute sound bath to bring you into a state of deep relaxation and quiet stillness.
Vinyasa Flow
A creatively designed flow that links breath with movement in a smooth, continuous rhythm. Sequences are thoughtfully built to improve coordination, strength, and flexibility—while keeping the practice engaging and dynamic.
A slightly more energising class, ideal if you’re ready to explore movement in a more fluid and expressive way.
Slow Strong Flow
A slower-paced yet empowering flow that builds both physical and inner strength. With mindful transitions, longer holds, and steady breath, you’ll develop focus, stability, and resilience.
It’s a strong practice—but also an opportunity to stay present, breathe through challenges, and discover your inner steadiness.
Gentle Flow
A soft, graceful practice that invites you to slow down and move with awareness. Through gentle, flowing sequences, you’ll learn to listen to your body, release tension, and move with ease.

Yin Yang Yoga
We begin slowly, settling in with calming, specially curated music and sound to help you arrive fully. The Yin portion focuses on long-held, supported poses that stretch the deeper connective tissues—helping to release tension in the joints and fascia.
We then transition into gentle, energising movement to awaken the body. A beautiful balance of stillness and flow to leave you feeling both open and refreshed.
Meditation + Yin Yang (7:15am)
A morning practice that begins with meditation to centre the mind, followed by gentle Yin stretching and light movement to awaken the body.
Practising early allows your body to open more naturally and your mind to feel clearer—helping you move into your day with greater ease and balance.
Tibetan Bowls Meditation + Pranayama (7:15am)
An early morning practice to gently awaken your body and mind. We begin with simple breathing techniques (pranayama), followed by meditation and the soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls.
Starting your day this way helps clear the mind, improve focus, and set a calm, steady tone for the hours ahead.
