Tony — The Facilitator

My connection with sound began over 20 years ago, when I came across my first Tibetan singing bowl in Nepal—an encounter that felt less like coincidence and more like a quiet calling. Since then, these bowls have travelled with me through different seasons of life, becoming a steady and intuitive part of both my personal journey and the way I hold space for others. When I began teaching yoga nearly two decades ago, sound naturally wove its way into my classes—through Tibetan bowls and Tingsha bells—supporting relaxation, awareness, and a deeper sense of connection within.

In recent years, I’ve deepened this path through formal training and international certifications, expanding into multi-instrument sound baths. Today, I work intuitively with a collection of nature-inspired instruments, allowing each session to unfold in a way that flows organically—guided by rhythm, energy, and the subtle interplay of the elements. Over time, this has evolved into a style that is distinctly my own—often felt as calm, grounding, and gentle—an extension of the space I hold and the energy I bring.
