Through mindful alignment and mechanics, this practice helps improve balance, mobility, and strength while reducing the risk of injury.

Each session highlights a specific area of the body such as the hips, back, or shoulders - allowing you to deepen your practice with a targeted focus. Combining traditional yoga poses with thoughtful adjustments and modifications, this class is designed to meet your unique needs. Perfect for those looking to enhance mobility, ease pain, and build a stronger, more functional body in a supportive and accessible way.

Perfect for anyone new to yoga, easing back into movement, or looking for a supportive way to build flexibility and strength at their own pace. Whether you’re managing mobility challenges, recovering from stiffness, or simply prefer a slower, gentler approach, this class offers a welcoming space to explore movement and feel good in your body.

At Yi Yoga, I believe yoga should meet you exactly where you are—join me and discover how easeful and uplifting chair yoga can be.

Restorative Yoga with Sound Bath

Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath is a deeply nourishing practice designed to promote rest, release tension, and restore balance in both body and mind. This class uses long-held, fully supported poses with props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks to encourage complete relaxation and nervous system regulation.

To enhance the restorative experience, each session concludes with a 20-minute sound bath, where the soothing vibrations of sound help deepen relaxation, quiet the mind, and promote a meditative state. The combination of gentle stillness and sound healing creates a space for profound rest and renewal.

Perfect for anyone seeking stress relief, emotional balance, or a way to reset and restore. No prior experience is needed - just come as you are.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic and energizing practice that synchronizes movement with breath, creating a seamless and fluid sequence of poses. Rooted in the foundation of Sun Salutations, each sequence is linked through Vinyasa - using breath to guide transitions and build a steady rhythm in the practice.

With a focus on endurance, strength, and flexibility, this class challenges you to move with control and awareness, developing stamina and resilience both on and off the mat. While it offers a bit more intensity, modifications are always available to meet you where you are. It is best suited for practitioners with some experience who are ready to explore a more dynamic and invigorating practice.

At Yi Yoga, I believe in making yoga accessible to all, and this class is designed to be both empowering and adaptable. If you’re looking to refine your practice, build endurance, and embrace a challenge, I welcome you to flow with us.

6

Slow Strong Flow

Slow Strong Flow is a mindful yet powerful practice that blends breath with movement at a controlled, intentional pace. While maintaining the fluidity of a Vinyasa-style practice, this class emphasizes strength, stability, and resilience - both physically and mentally.

Through steady, purposeful transitions and longer holds, you’ll build endurance, engage deep muscle groups, and develop a strong foundation in your practice. As you challenge your body, you’ll also cultivate inner strength - learning to stay present, steady, and grounded even in moments of intensity.

This class is ideal for those looking to deepen their practice with strength-focused movement while maintaining mindfulness and breath awareness. Modifications are always available, making them accessible to practitioners who want to move with power and intention.

At Yi Yoga, I designed this class to support you in building both physical and inner resilience, ensuring that everyone can practice in a way that feels strong, steady, and empowering.

7

Ying Yang Yoga

In the stillness of the morning, the body is most receptive to Yin. We begin with the calming resonance of Tibetan singing bowls to settle the mind and body, follow by a short meditation to cultivate presence and intention setting - accompanied by a carefully curated playlist to create a soothing atmosphere for the entire practice.

The first part of the class is dedicated to Yin, where poses are held for a longer time to gently release tension and open the fascia and joints. Props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks are used to support your body, helping you find ease and stability so your muscles can relax deeply. This makes Yin accessible and safe for all, allowing your body to open naturally and without strain.

After settling into this deep stillness, we shift into mindful Yang-inspired floor-based movement for the final part of class. These gentle yet energizing sequences are designed to awaken your muscles, build warmth, and stimulate circulation, creating a smooth and balanced transition to start your day with vitality.

This intentional flow creates harmony between relaxation and vitality. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this practice is open to all. At Yi Yoga, you are welcomed exactly as you
